Quarterly Questionnaire

It is time to complete your Foster Puppy’s Quarterly Questionnaire. These questionnaires help us help you problem-solve in the home and provide valuable input to the PAWS Breeding Department on litter trends, and help us to plan future PAWS litters. They become a part of your foster puppy’s training record and are used as a reference for the trainers once the dog is returned to PAWS for formal training. Please base your answers on your experiences over the past few months.
