Paws With A Cause (PAWS) welcomes Ellen Winterburn, Founder and Talent Creator at Touchstone Talent, LLC, and Sara Osterman, Director of EHS & Sustainability at Masco Corporation, to its Board of Directors.
Together, their backgrounds in talent development, corporate sustainability, and organizational leadership will help guide PAWS as it continues to grow and serve more individuals and communities.
“We’re excited to welcome Ellen to the PAWS board and to have Sara return,” said Michele Suchovsky, Chief Executive Officer at Paws With A Cause. “Both bring valuable experience, perspectives, and a strong connection to our mission. We’re grateful for their willingness to lend their expertise and leadership to help PAWS reach more people and expand our impact.”
Meet Ellen 
Ellen Winterburn has supported PAWS for 20 years and brings extensive experience in talent development, relationship building, and leadership through her work with Touchstone Talent, LLC.
Her connection to PAWS and belief in the difference dogs can have inspire her to help the organization reach even more people.
“I’ve been a big fan of PAWS for the past 20 years and have always seen it as a vibrant community of passionate people who believe in the extraordinary difference dogs can make in the lives of people with unique needs,” said Winterburn. “I am inspired to help PAWS reach more people, place more dogs, and change more lives, while building on the incredible work already happening every day.”
Meet Sara
Sara Osterman returns to the PAWS Board of Directors after previously serving as board chair. As Director of EHS & Sustainability at Masco Corporation, she brings professional expertise and a deep understanding of PAWS’ mission and growth. Her connection to PAWS extends beyond board service, having also raised four PAWS foster puppies and experienced firsthand the dedication it takes to prepare PAWS dogs for their future roles.
During her previous board service, Osterman provided valuable leadership and support during PAWS’ capital campaign and the renovation of its headquarters. Her return brings continuity, experience and a personal connection to PAWS’ mission as the organization continues working to expand its impact.
